My own rant: does no one use tech writers to write error messages any more? UX people wrote about as well as engineer, and the copy sits somewhere, disconnected from the help files or content hubs or whatever dumb name someone dreamed up this year. Drives me round the bend that content is such an insignificant piece of the UX that it can just be done by whoever people can pawn it off on .
